Procedure

Apply Online:

1. To Check or Verify the Pharmacy (Drug) License Category, the applicant has to make the application online via link
2. The applicant has to click the “Sign In/Up” option.
3. The applicant has to enter the mobile number and click the “Get OTP” button.
4. The applicant will receive the OTP in the given mobile number and enter the OTP number.
5. The applicant has to enter the email ID and click the “Get OTP” button.
6. The applicant will receive the OTP in the given email ID and enter the OTP number.
7. Click the “Validate & Proceed” button.
8. Now Click on the "Online Services" tab and select "Know Your License" from the dropdown menu.
9. On the "Know Your License" page, enter the State, District, and Name of the pharmacy or drug seller that the applicant wants to verify.
10. Select the type of license that the applicant wants to verify, such as a Drug License or Wholesale License.
11. Enter the license number of the pharmacy or drug seller in the given field.
12. Click on the "Search" button to verify the license category of the pharmacy or drug seller.
13. The search results will display the details of the pharmacy or drug seller, including the license number, license type, and validity period.
14. There is no fee for Checking or Verifying the Pharmacy (Drug) License Category.
15. The processing time for this procedure is completed within a few minutes.
