The applicant will be taken to the “Manual” page where all the available services will be listed.

Usually permit is valid for 5 years
Renewal of permit can be obtained with vehicle fitness certificate and FC as per authorities of concerned RTO.
The age of the vehicle also limits the validity

Non-Metered Motor cab means any motor vehicle constructed or adapted to carry not more than allowed number of passengers, excluding the driver for hire.

An operator with Non-Metered Motor Cab Permit should permit not more than allowed number of passengers excluding driver in his vehicle
FC (for clearance) is a process meant for reviewing the condition of the vehicle by the RTO authorities
