• You can also request for a hearing online through this link
• Fill the application form with complete information.
• Submit the necessary documents.

• If national Uruguayan citizen (born in the country) or Uruguay (Law 16,021 father-son or mother) or legal citizen (has CITIZENSHIP letter)
  • Certificate expired or damaged, or withdrawal of identity theft or loss, as applicable.
• If a foreign citizen (except for Asylum Seekers and Diplomatic Representatives)
  • Certificate expired or damaged, or withdrawal of identity theft or loss, as applicable
  • Certificate of Residence issued by the National Directorate of Immigration
