Uruguay - Apply for Temporary Residence

ProcedureEdit

Go personally to the office of National Migration.
Complete an application form.
Submit required documents.
Pay the processing fee.

Required DocumentsEdit

Passport or valid identity
2 Single photocopies of identification
2 photos of updated license
Health card
Criminal record of the country of his birth and the country where he lived the last 5 years (legalized or apostilled by that country) and translated into Spanish (where applicable). If documentation from Brazil no translation is required.
Letterhead where specified activity to be developed in the period of residence, if appropriate indicating monthly remuneration or maintenance mode. In the case of residence for work, along with the letter must attach proof High BPS or Worksheet Salary or Receipt or *Certificate of Attorney by the employer
Proof of address obtained in his home near Police Branch
