Procedure

1. Go to the National Department of Transport's office.
2. Submit a request by note signed by the legal representative or agent enabled to the Reception Desk, addressed to the National Director which should contain the following:
   1. original permit issued by appropriate authorities
   2. copy of Liability Insurance Policy for damages to third parties (1.41 Agreement of the Meetings of Ministers of Transport of the Southern Cone) for all vehicles
