ProcedureEdit

  • The application can be done in person, via Collection Agencies or via the Internet, by the owner or a third party. Management must be carried out by the owner.     • Testimony of birth certificate (less than 30 days issued)
  • If national Uruguayan Law 16,021
    • Testimony of Birth Certificate of the father or mother and enrolled in Part Testimony of Aliens of the Uruguayan Civil Registry Section
    • Not have the game registered provisional ballot is issued ( with vencimineto a year ) presenting nacimineto Parting Testimony of Father or Mother and eastern part of Country of Origin Eng Apostille and translated by an authorized translator , registered in the DNIC (listed in the Office of Management Docuemtal) If applicable.
    • Testimony Or failing Starting father or mother and Consular Certificate or Registration ( Country of Origin)
  • If you are abroad and enabling legal residence documents (except for Asylum Seekers and Diplomatic Representatives)
    • Testimony of Birth Certificate registered in the Civil Registry Section Foreigners Uruguay and Residence Certificate (issued by the National Directorate of Immigration)
    • Failure to have the enabling documentation may issue temporary identity card valid for one year, with Certificate of Residence and Departure of Country of Origin Certificate Apostille or Consular
  • If overseas and this processed their residence the National Directorate of Immigration shall issue a certificate of residence in Step with this and Testimony Starting Birth registered at Foreigners Section of the Civil Registry Uruguayan or otherwise part of Country of Origin Apostille or Consular Certificate, it shall be issued temporary residency card uina pending (the first card will have a validity of two years, the second and third one-year term)
  • If abroad with Mercosur Residence Certificate or Temporary Residence Certificate must submit Residency and Testimony of Birth Certificate registered in the Civil Registry Uruguayan Foreign Section and he shall issue a charter for the term authorized by Immigration. Failure to have the registered identification card shall be issued temporary part for one year with Certificate of Residence and Departure of Country of Origin Certificate Apostille or Consular.
  • If abroad deonde Migration Certificate requests Provisional Identity Sheet will be issued a temporary ID sheet, must present a certificate of Migration and Testimony of Birth Certificate registered in the Civil Registry Section Aliens Uruguayan or failing Part of Country Leaving Certificate Apostille or Consular.
