1. Visit the Ministry of Interior's National Highway Police office.
2. Submit the required documents.
3. Pay the fee.

• Photocopy of title deed or other document as the vehicle identification card or local history that allows access to all registrations that had a certain vehicle.
• Certificate of compulsory motor insurance or other form of valid insurance.
