ProcedureEdit

  1. Go to the office of Ministry of Housing Spatial Planning and the Environment, National Water department.
  2. Fill out an application form for license driller. You can download the form here: http://www.mvotma.gub.uy/tramites-aguas/item/10001441-licencia-de-perforador.
  3. Submit required documents.
