Required DocumentsEdit
- Public or private document, issued within the previous three months of filing evidencing the imminence in the country. If the document was deprived a notary public by certification must prove that they were exhibited and attested the document or documents or seats that are the basis for the issue of a private document in question and that the certifying is correspondence or accuracy content of the latter, which must also authenticate issue, grant or ratification, signature or certify the recognition and legitimation or her representative who issued, granted or affirmed.
- Such documentation must prove the commission of acts which demonstrates unequivocally, will the applicant looming in the country, such as, for example, stay in it for more than three months, the lease period, the promise to purchase or purchase of a property to live in it, the installation of a trade or industry, or employed in the public or private sector, or any other similar acts of demonstration that purpose.
- If the applicant is a minor and can prove itself its own imminence, you only require compliance with the requirements set out above.
- If the minor can not prove by itself its own imminence and live with his father or mother, the requested information may be supplemented with the appearance of the parent, who must provide a statement that has its by the referred child. The respondent father or mother must also prove their establishment in the country through any of the forms provided.
