Procedure

1. Go to the office of National Migration.
2. Fill out an application form.
3. Present and submit required documents.
4. Pay the fee.

• identity cards of both parents and the child (must be in good condition)
• birth certificate
• death certificate (if the child is traveling alone, when both parents are deceased)

Fee: 0.21 adjustable units (UR)

Validity

A Minor Permit for Travel is valid for a maximum of 1 year.
