Apply In-Person:

  1. The application form is available in the nearest school’s financial aid office. Here is the link to contact the office for more information about Federal student aid Contact link
  2. Applicant can also download the form from the following link
  3. The applicant should make sure to carry all the documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
  4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the form and attach the photocopies of the documents that are needed along with the application form before submitting.
  5. There is no fee required for this application.
  6. Concerned authorities will look into the application form and submitted documents before providing approval.
  7. Approval will be provided within 5-7 business days at the respective college where the applicant applied.
  8. If the approval has not been given within 5-7 business days, the applicant can visit the office to know the status of their application.


Apply Online

  2. If the applicant is a student click on “I am a student and want to access the FAFSA form”.
  3. If the applicant is a parent click on “I am parent filling out a FAFSA form a student”.
  4. If the applicant is helping a student’s click on “I am preparer helping a student fill out his or her FAFSA form”.
  5. If the applicant is an existing user, they can log in directly using their “FSA ID Username, Email, or Mobile Phone” and “Password”.
  6. If the applicant is a new user, they have to register first by clicking on the “Create an FSA ID” option.
  7. A pop-up will appear, select “Exit FAFSA Form”. A new window will appear here the applicant has to select “Get Started” for registration.
  8. While registering, the applicant has to provide all necessary information in the application form and finally click on the “Submit” button.
  9. Once the registration is successful, the applicant can log in with their “FSA ID Username, Email, or Mobile Phone” and “Password”.
  10. After logging in, the applicant has to choose the service necessary for them.
  11. The applicant must provide all information necessary for the application procedure online.
  12. The applicant should make sure to upload digital copies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form.
  13. Necessary documents can be found under the “Required documents” section of this page.
  14. Finally, the applicant has to click on the “Log in” button.
  15. There is no requirement for this application.
  16. After getting approval from concerned authorities, loan settlement will be provided within 5-7 business days.

  • The FWS Program provides funds for part-time work to assist low-income students in paying for their postsecondary education.
