Apply In-Person:
- The application form is available in the nearest school’s financial aid office. Here is the link to contact the office for more information about Federal student aid Contact link
- Applicant can also download the form from the following link
- The applicant should make sure to carry all the documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
- The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the form and attach the photocopies of the documents that are needed along with the application form before submitting.
- There is no fee required for this application.
- Concerned authorities will look into the application form and submitted documents before providing approval.
- Approval will be provided within 5-7 business days at the respective college where the applicant applied.
- If the approval has not been given within 5-7 business days, the applicant can visit the office to know the status of their application.

- If the applicant is a student click on “I am a student and want to access the FAFSA form”.
- If the applicant is a parent click on “I am parent filling out a FAFSA form a student”.
- If the applicant is helping a student’s click on “I am preparer helping a student fill out his or her FAFSA form”.
- If the applicant is an existing user, they can log in directly using their “FSA ID Username, Email, or Mobile Phone” and “Password”.
- If the applicant is a new user, they have to register first by clicking on the “Create an FSA ID” option.
- A pop-up will appear, select “Exit FAFSA Form”. A new window will appear here the applicant has to select “Get Started” for registration.
- While registering, the applicant has to provide all necessary information in the application form and finally click on the “Submit” button.
- Once the registration is successful, the applicant can log in with their “FSA ID Username, Email, or Mobile Phone” and “Password”.
- After logging in, the applicant has to choose the service necessary for them.
- The applicant must provide all information necessary for the application procedure online.
- The applicant should make sure to upload digital copies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form.
- Necessary documents can be found under the “Required documents” section of this page.
- Finally, the applicant has to click on the “Log in” button.
- There is no requirement for this application.
- After getting approval from concerned authorities, loan settlement will be provided within 5-7 business days.

- The FWS Program provides funds for part-time work to assist low-income students in paying for their postsecondary education.
- FWS funding are available to students at about 3,400 postsecondary institutions.
- The federal minimum wage must be met on an hourly basis.
