Procedure

Apply Online:

1. To Apply for Derogation (Dairy), the applicant has to make the application online via link
2. If the applicant is an existing user, they can login directly using their “User ID” and “Password”.
3. If the applicant is a new user, they must request access from their Entity Administrator.
4. If the applicant is a new user and don't know who their Entity Administrator, please send an email to [email protected] with their first and last name, as well as the name of their entity.
5. Once the registration is successful, the applicant can login with their “User ID” and “Password”.
6. The applicant has to choose the service necessary for them.
7. The Applicant must provide all information necessary for the application procedure online.
8. The Fee for this procedure can be paid online.
9. Also upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
10. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
11. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
12. This entire process can be completed within 2 – 3 weeks or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

Need for the Document

• Milk suppliers must register to use the Electronic Trade Document Exchange System to request Derogations for farms whose production is used in the Turkey Export Certification programme and whose milk exceeds the Turkey requirements for Somatic Cell Count and Standard Plate Counts.
