Procedure

• Fill the renewal application form with complete information.
• Submit all the necessary requirements on a CD to the Purchasing and Stores Department Contracts and Tenders Section.
• Pay the prescribed fees.

• Original Supplier registration application form.
• Photocopy of the Trade licence
• Photocopy of the ADCCI membership

In case of changes on the below documents, copies of the new documents show be presented:

• Partnership contract.
• Authorised signatory.
• Passport of the owner and partners.
• Official letter from the bank on the account information.
• Company's profile.
• Catalogue of the products.
• Quality certificates and honours.
• Company stamp and signature of the authorised person or the company's director.
