Procedure

1. Apply for a Senior Citizen Card (Masarra) by going to the Ministry Of Community Development, Social Affairs Center or you can also submit you application online - Link
2. The ministry will review the information submitted. In the event of failure to provide the complete information, the application will be rejected.
3. After validation, the card will be issued and a sms message will be sent to informing you that your application is approved.
4. The card will be sent via Aramex or if you want you may also come pick it up at the social affairs center.

Applicant must be:

• An UAE Senior Citizen
• Aged sixty or older
• And holds a valid National ID (max. due to expiry one month)
