Procedure

Apply Online:

1. To apply for a Phytosanitary Certificate online, applicant shall register on UAE E-services portal.
2. To register on E-services portal, please click on the following link: Link
3. On the given page, fill up your details and click on “Register”
4. Come back to the login page, fill up your credentials and click on “login”
5. Once login, fill up your application details and click on “submit”
6. Afterthe application is processed, applicant shall book an inspection appointment.
7. To book an appointment for inspection, click on the following link: Link
8. Once the appointment is scheduled, the Officer in Charge inspects the shipment destined for export.
9. After the inspection is complete, the applicant shall pay the prescribed fees.
10. Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the Phytosanitary certificate is issued.
