Procedure

1. Applicant should be present when applying
2. Gather the necessary documents;
3. Apply with all necessary documents to the territorial unit of LCA Ukraine home;
4. Get the passport section of ICD Ukraine in the community.

Citizens who have reached the age of 16 soldiers and receiving a passport of citizen of Ukraine for the first time are exempt from paying state taxes.

Instructions

Foreigners and stateless persons who have acquired citizenship of Ukraine in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, get passports on the basis of the certificate of registration of a citizen of Ukraine , issued by the territorial authority of the State Migration Service.

Citizens of Ukraine who are resident abroad and returned to live in Ukraine , get passports in the territorial division where the issue to the registration of residence.

The reason for a passport is a passport of Ukraine for traveling abroad with a note "Out of consular registration" supplied by foreign diplomatic missions of Ukraine.

A person who has returned to live in Ukraine without removal of consular registration shall submit an application to the territorial authority for the return to live in Ukraine, noting for future registration of residence in Ukraine.

Lack of citizenship of Ukraine. And absence of one of the documents included in the above list. May lead to denial of a passport

Applicant must apply for a passport No later than a month after reaching '16 refer to the territorial unit of the State Migration Service of Ukraine in the community.
