Tripura - Online Obtain Mobile Connection

Step 1 :First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. Please visit the following link to get the required documents list for this procedure Link for Mobile Connection Required Documents page

Follow the below steps for BSNL:

Step 1 : Please use the following link to apply online :Link for online portal.

Step 2 :User will reach a new screen as shown below. Please click “Mobile & Data” menu. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Note: The fields marked with "*" are mandatory.

Step 3 :User will get a drop down menu as shown below. Pleaseselect “Choose Your Mobile Number(CYMN)” option. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 4 : Applicantwill get a new page as shown below. Please select your State. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Green”.

Step 5 : A Confirmation popup will be displayed as shown below. Please use the button to unlock by dragging it to the right. Please follow the below images where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 6 : Once unlocked, user gets Choose Your Mobile Number page as shown below. Please select Mobile Number from the list and click “Reserve Number” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Yellow”.

Step 7 : User will get a Confirmation popup as shown below. Please enter your mobile number at the prompted space and click “Submit” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 8 : User will reach Choose Your Mobile Number page again as shown below. Please click “Fill Application” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Yellow”.

Step 9 : User will get Application for New Mobile Connection popup as shown below. Please enter the received pin at the prompted space. Please enter the SMS Received Mobile number at the given space and click “Submit” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 10 : Applicant shall follow the on screen instructions. Once all the number is reserved and blocked, Applicant shall follow the instructions notified to bet the connection.

Follow the below steps for Airtel:

Step 1 : Please use the following link to apply online : for online portal.

Step 2 : User will reach a new screen as shown below. Please click “POSTPAID” menu and select “Buy New Connection” from the drop down menu.Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted appropriately.

Step 3 :User will reach a new page as shown below. Please select Monthly Rental plans as appropriate. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 4 : Applicant will reach a page as shown below. Please Select “New connection” option. Fill in other prompted details and click “Submit” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 5 : Applicant shall follow the screen instructions.

Step 6 : Please follow the notification from the service provider to get the connection.

Follow the below steps for Jio:

Step 1 : Please use the following link to apply online :Link for online portal.

Step 2 : User will reach a new screen as shown below. Please enter the prompted details and click “Generate OTP” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 3 : Applicant will get a new page as shown below. Please click “New number” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 4 : Applicant will get additional prompts as shown below. Please select “Postpaid SIM” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 5 : Applicant will get another set of additional prompts as shown below. Please select applicable plan and click on the plan itself. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 6 : Applicant will get another page as shown below. Please confirm your location by entering the address or by selecting “Using current location” option. Once the above step is complete please click “Confirm” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 7 : &Applicant shall follow the screen instructions.

Step 8 : Please follow the notification from the service provider to get the connection.

Follow the below steps for Vodafone:

Step 1 : Please use the following link to apply online :Link for online portal.

Step 2 : User will reach a new screen as shown below. Please follow the below image.

Step 3 :User shall scroll down to get a page as shown below. Please select “Buy Postpaid SIM” option. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 4 :User will reach a new page as shown below. Please select plans as applicable and then click on the plans as appropriate. Please follow the below image where options are highlighted appropriately.

Step 5 : User will get options as shown below. Please select “Buy a New Connection” option. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 6 :User will get list of number as shown below. Please select your number as appropriate. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 7 :User will get “Sim Delivery Details” prompt as shown below. Please complete the prompts as appropriate and click “Confirm Order Using OTP” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Blue”.
