Procedure

Apply In-Person :

1. To apply for Hostel license in Tripura, the applicant has to approach the nearest municipal corporation in their area.
2. Get the application form from the executive officer in the municipal corporation.
3. Please fill up the application form correctly without any mistakes.
4. Please make sure you have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Submit the application form along with all the required documents.
6. After submitting the application form, pay the applicable fees as per the instructions.
7. After successful payment the applicant will receive a transaction number to the registered mobile number.
8. You can check the status of the application using the transaction number.
9. The higher authority will verify the application form, once the application is accepted you will be notified via SMS to the registered mobile number.

1. To apply for Hostel License in Tripura, the applicant has to visit the official web page of AMC Portal of Tripura.
2. Use the following link to apply for Hostel License : Trade License Application
3. Now the applicant has to select the "New Hostel License" on the homepage.
4. After clicking the link, the Trade License New Application Form will be displayed.
5. Please fill up the application with the requested details.
6. Submit the application form along with the required documents.
7. Now click on the "Submit" button.
8. The ULB officials will verify the documents submitted and the verified application will forward for the approval to the concerned department.
9. An unique application number will be generated after submitting the application.
10. After the successful submission of application, the fees for the license will be calculated and displayed on the screen.
11. Click on the "Make Payment" button for payment. A receipt will be generated as an acknowledgement slip for the successful payment.
12. You can track the status of the application using the certificate number.
13. Now Login into the official portal and enter the Certificate number and click on the "Submit" icon to download the license.
