Procedure

1. You may obtain a copy of an adoption certificate at the Registrar General's Department.
2. Make sure that you bring a valid identification in case the registry officer will need to verify your identity and your right obtain the certificate.
3. When you submit your request at the registry office make sure that you provide all the necessary information, this will make searching for the record easier.
4. Pay for the certificate.
5. You will be informed when can you come back to collect the Adoption Certificate.
