Procedure

1. Go to the Ministry of Trade office.
2. Fill out an application form to register.
3. Pay the fee.
4. Submit the form.

Required Documents

Togolese Nationals

• one (1) application with a revenue stamp of five hundred francs (CFA F 500 )
• one (1) official photocopy of the national identity card
• one (1) copy of Police record of the Manager and/or of the promoter of less than three months
• one (1) copy of questionnaire duly completed;
• one(1) official copy of the authorization of installation
• one (1) official photocopy of the declaration for registration in the trade register of Republic of Togo with sign-off of the Chamber of Commerce, Agriculture and Industry of Togo
• The taxation number of company issued by the Office of Tax

Non Nationals

• one (1) application with a revenue stamp of five hundred francs (CFA F 500 )
• one (1) copy of questionnaire duly completed
• one(1) official copy of the authorization of installation
• one (1) official photocopy of the declaration for registration in the trade register of Republic of Togo with sign-off of the Chamber of Commerce, Agriculture and Industry of Togo
• one (1) official photocopy of the declaration for registration in the trade register of Republic of Togo with sign-off of the Chamber of Commerce, Agriculture and Industry of Togo
• one (1) official photocopy of the passport
• one (1) photocopies of the stay card for non nationals
• one copy of the Police Record of less than three (3) months issued by the authorities of the origin country
• one (1) certificate of non conviction for non nationals issued by the Togolese legal authorities.
