• Visit the concerned authority.
• Fill the application form with the complete information.
• Submit all the necessary documents.
• Pay the prescribed fee.

• Original and copy of the registration and the photo identification. (For individual)
• Certificate not more than 180 days with a photo identification card of the authorized signatory. (For entity)
• Evidence prompted the police station or licenses that may be damaged.
• Attorney and photo identification card authorized if cannot be attended to personally.
