Procedure

• Visit the concerned authority
• Fill the application form with the complete information.
• Submit all the necessary documents.
• Take the physical examination.
• Pay the prescribed fee.

• Original and copy of the previous driver's license for public vehicle
• ID card or other card with a photo
• Medical certificate
• Recent photograph with the size of 3 x 4 cm
• Evidence of certification, which indicates that the training course and training from the Department of Transport. Driving School or the Department of Transport approved under the Transport (if any)

Eligibility

For those whose driver's license for public vehicle is about to expire. The application for renewal must be made 3 months before the expiration of the current license.

• If the driver's license was extended to the public over the age of one year but less than three years to the written test.
• If the license was extended to the public over the age of 3 years to the written test and the driving test.
