Procedure

• Visit the concerned authority.
• Fill the application form with the complete information.
• Submit all the necessary document.
• Take the physical test.
• Undergo training of not less than 4 hours.
• Take written test through electronic examination.
• Take a test drive.
• Pay the prescribed fees.

Eligibility

• Must be at least 18 years of age for the following
  • motorcycle personalized license suspension
  • personal temporary driving license
  • license rollers, driving tractors and other types of vehicle license under section 43
• Must be at least 22 years of age in order to have driving license public three wheel car driving public
• Must be at least 20 years of age in order to have motorcycle license public
• Must be at least 15 years of age for motorcycles with a cylinder capacity not exceeding 110 cubic centimeters combination
• able to drive
• have knowledge regarding the Law on Road traffic.
• do not have a physical disability.
• no treatment that the medical profession can be dangerous while driving.
• mentally capable
• haven't been revoked or seized of the license

A test drive for the following positions:

• Position to drive forward and stop against the pavement
• Position to drive forward and backward in straight
• Driving back to the third position and out of parking spaces left
• To stop the car and out on the ramp
• Port at 5 to turn.
