Procedure

• Visit the concerned authority
• Fill the application form with the complete information.
• Submit all the necessary documents.
• Take the physical examination.
• Undergo a training for public transportation of not less than 5 hours.
• Take theory examination.
• Pay the prescribed fee.

• a temporary driver's license (personal vehicle)
• Original and copy of the ID card
• Medical certificate
• Evidence of certification, which indicates that the training course and training from the Department of Transport, driving School or the Department of Transport approved under the Transport (if any).

Eligibility

• at least 22 years of age
• must a Thailand national
• able to drive
• have knowledge regarding the Law on Road traffic.
• do not have a physical disability.
• no treatment that the medical profession can be dangerous while driving.
• mentally capable
• never had a car related offenses

Haven't been sentenced to a punishment, official or a fine of two times or more for an offense related to driving one of the following. Unless acquitted last at least six months

• in violation of a traffic signal or sign
• while drunk or otherwise intoxicated
• in a manner obstructing traffic
• exceeding the legal speed limit
• which may be caused by careless or horribly dangerous to persons or property
• regardless of the summer or the safety of others
