  • Visit the concerned authority.
  • Fill the application form with the complete information.
  • Submit the application form together with the necessary documents.
  • Pay the prescribed fee.

Required DocumentsEdit

Renewal of Passport

  • Original and photocopy of the passport

Adding pages

  • Original and photocopy of the passport
  • Original and photocopy of the ID card or birth certificate of the petitioner

For the correction of Name, Last Name and/or Prefix

  • Original and photocopy of the passport
  • Original and photocopy of the Certificate of name change or marriage certificate (if applicable)
  • For Thai woman who's married to a foreigner, a copy of the passport of the spouse is needed
  • Original and photocopy of the ID card or birth certificate
  • Original and photocopy of registration (for identification of government officials, and Minors and if wihtout card)

Signature changes

  • Original and photocopy of the passport to be edited
  • Original and photocopy of the ID card or birth certificate

Holding passport endorsed in a new passport because the original book had a valid visa to replace the annexation books

  • New passport
  • Original passport, the visa is valid for use
  • Original and photocopy of name change or marriage certificate
  • Original and photocopy of the ID card or birth certificate

Processing TimeEdit

  • You can get the passport within 2 working days (not counting the date of filing the petition)
  • For those who filed for the offices in the province to get a passport by mail EMS about 5-7 working days (If you filed a petition to amend a passport to get a passport within the same day).
