Procedure

From Date of 01-01-2018 All Employment Exchange activities in Telangana have been made online only.

Apply through State portal

1. Please use the following link to reach online portal : Online portal link
2. Select “Login” option provided at the top of the screen.
3. Select job seeker choice and enter username and password. Click the “Login” button to login.
   1. If not a registered user then use “New job seeker Login” option to register and then login.
4. A new screen will be provided. Please select “Renewal” option from the left part of the screen.
5. Applicant shall follow the screen prompts to fill and select appropriate details to renew.
6. Once all the required details are filled in for online renewal please select the respective tab to submit renewal request.
7. You may have to wait to get notification from the department through sms in your registered mobile. Please follow the notification to get the renewed card.

Through Meeseva Centre

1. Applicant shall approach the meeseva centre to apply.
2. Link for contact. Link please select the menu “Meeseva Centres” on the left part of the screen and select the sub option “Authorised service provider” sub option to get next page for list of service provider.
3. Go to the service centre.
4. Obtain “Application for Issuance” form under police department from the respective counter or write in a paper to apply Or download from the following link: Form Link please use “Employment Exchange Renewal” under Employment.
5. Please complete the application form and attach the required documents and submit it to the operator.
6. The submitted application will be processed by the operator. Applicant will be provided with transaction id. This will be useful to track the status of application.
7. This application will be processed further by the respective department.
8. Applicant gets notification from the department. Please follow the notification and department guidelines to complete the process and obtain renewed card.

• Employment Exchange Registration Card in original.
• Aadhaar card.
• Mobile number.
• Email Id (if available).
• Any documents pertaining to additional qualification that needs to be included.
• Passport size photograph of applicant (please take 5 copies).

• If the above documents are to be supported by report of applicable authorities, please provide as required.
• All original and copy of original with self attestation as advised by respective authorities to be submitted as per requirement.
• Apart from the above documents authorities may ask to submit additional information or documents. Please provide them for processing.

Eligibility

• The candidate should have an existing valid Employment Exchange Registration Card.
• Renewal of Employment Exchange Registration Card should be within the renewal period.

Fees

There is no fee.

Validity

If you register your education qualification with the employment exchange it is valid for three years. Once in every three years you need to renew Employment registration.

Instructions

The candidate can register his/her name in the concerned District Employment Exchange within whose jurisdiction his/ her place of residence is situated.

Need for the Document

• Eligible candidate with valid registration need to renew their employment card as per the tenure mentioned.
• Any citizen of India is eligible for Registration at an Employment Exchange for assistance in securing Employment/job. There is no necessity to verify the employment /under employment / unemployment status of the applicant.
• The Departments of Employment in various States of India allow unemployed educated youth residing in the respective States to pre-register for impending job vacancies occurring in different sectors of that State.
• Candidates who possess educational qualifications other than those of professional and executive standards can register their educational qualifications with the respective Employment Exchanges in their districts

• No candidate will be allowed to register at more than one employment exchange
• Whenever government vacancies are announced, list of registered members with suitable educational profiles are forwarded to respective employers for consideration.
