Telangana - Online Obtain Family Member Certificate
- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Obtaining Family Member Certificate
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page please select "CITIZEN" option from the dropdown menu. Now click “New User” option highlighted in RED to register into the portal and apply for the services.
- Step 4 : Now complete the registration form and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 5 : Now enter the OTP in the textbox and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 6 : Now click “Home” tab to go back to the home page.
- Step 7 : In the home page please click “Login” option at the left side of the page.
- Step 8 : Now choose the option as “CITIZEN” from the dropdown menu before login and it is highlighted in RED. Then enter valid credentials and click “Login” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 9 : In the search box type as “family”. Refer the below image where it is pointed out by RED arrow. Now click “FAMILY MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATE” option to apply.
- Step 10 : Complete the application form with valid information. To add new member click “Add New Member” tab highlighted in RED. Use “Choose File” tab to attach documents. Then click “Show Payment” tab to proceed further.Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.

- Step 11 : Note down the user charges and click “Confirm Payment” tab highlighted in RED to go to the payment page.
- Step 12 : Choose any one of the payment option and click “Make Payment” tab highlighted in RED to complete the payment process.
- Step 13 : Now take a printout of the receipt and application form.
- Step 14 : Visit the nearest meeseva center and submit the completed application form along with the receipt. Then collect the acknowledgment from the authority.
- Step 15 : After verification process, you will be notified to collect the certificate from the nearest meeseva center.
