Step 2 :Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
Step 3 : In the given page, click on “REGISTRATION” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 4 :Choose the “Address Change” option which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 5 : Click on the “CLICK HERE TO BOOK ONLINE SLOT” link which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 6 : In the following page, click on the “Change of Address” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 7: In the new page, click on “CONTINUE SLOT BOOKING” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 8 : Click on the “CONTINUE” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 9 : Click on the “I AGREE” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 10 :Choose the correct options and click on the “GO” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 11 :Fill in the required details and click on the “REQUEST FOR OTP” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.Please follow the screen instructions, fill the application form and submit the required documents.

Step 12 : You will also get the appointment date for visiting RTO office to process the application.
Step 13 : Take printout of the application form including Acknowledgement form and go to RTO office before 11:30 a.m. and submit the application to the RTO official. Authorities will advice the fee amount to be paid. On the appropriate counter pay the fees and submit the application and documents to process the application.
