Telangana - Obtain Agricultural Income Certificate

The Revenue Department of the respective state is the concerned department for the issuance of the agricultural income certificate. The thasildhar / designated authority are the competent authority to sanction the certificate.
Apply In-Person:

  1. To apply for the agricultural income certificate, the applicant has to approach the concerned Circle Officer’s office of the respective area revenue department / thasildhar office whichever is applicable to apply.
  2.   3. Go to the respective office.
  4. Collect the application form or write on a plain A4 sheet as advised.
  5. Complete the application form. Attach the entire required document as per our “required document” section and submit it to the designated authority.
  6. Authorities after checking the attached documents and submitted application will make entries and provide you record number for reference.
  7. This application will be processed internally. The concerned circle officer / Village Administrative Officer (VAO) and Revenue Inspector (RI) will do the ground level verification followed by scrutiny of the documents and other details provided by the applicant.
  8. Once the verification is over, these officials will submit their report to the respective superior authority to decide the issue of Certificate to the applicant.
  9. The status, viz. Approval or Rejection if any will be conveyed to the applicant through an SMS.
  10. If approved, the certificate will be hand delivered or sent through post to the address mentioned while applying or issued as per applicable norms.


Apply through Meeseva

  1. Application for Agricultural Income certificate can be collected from Meeseva centre. Following link can provide you information related to nearest Meeseva Centres: Meeseva centre link click on the “Contact Us” option.
  2. Applicant can also download the application form from the following link: Application Link.
  3. Click on the “Application Forms” option and select the “Agricultural Income” under the Revenue option.
  4. Fill the application form and attach all the required documents
  5. Go to your Meeseva centre. Submit the completed application enclosing entire required document as per our “required document” section and submit it along with the fees as applicable. Meeseva operator will do the online process.
  6. The applicant will receive an application number as acknowledgement. The applicant will also get transaction number as text message on his registered mobile number.
  7. The online details will be processed by Thaasildhaar. The details will be given to MRI and VRO
  8. MRI and VRO will do the field verification and submit the report to Thaasildhaar
  9. On Thasildhar’s decision applicant will get his or her Agricultural Income Certificate from Meeseva centre by producing the acknowledgement.


Note:
  • Applicant has to bring original documents while applying for verification and scanning if required.
  • Without cross signature on photograph and signature on undertaking the application will be rejected

  • Application Form
  • Address proof (Ration card / Passport / Aadhar card / Driving license / Identity card issued by any institution / Copy of the electricity bill or telephone bill showing residential address / Any document or communication issued by any authority of Central Government, State Government or local bodies showing residential address / Any other documentary evidence in support of his address given in the declaration.)
  • Identity proof (Ration card / Passport / Aadhar card / Driving license)
  • Land revenue receipt (on verification by concerned authority in case of farmer).
  • Any Other documents (Any voter list, Gaon Burrah Certificate, Land Revenue Payment Receipt, etc.).
  • Up to date land revenue paid receipt for 3(three) years or as applicable.
  • Ration card
  • Attested copy of birth certificate.
  • Aadhaar card
Note:Apart from the above documents authorities may ask for additional information or documents. Please provide them for processing.

  • The citizen who needs the agricultural income certificate should be a permanent resident of the respective state while applying.

  • Please pay the fees or charges as applicable at the time of applying as per authority’s advice.
  • During online payment fee details will be displayed.

  • Valid up to a period of 6 months from date of issue or as specified on the certificate.
