Apply Online (Through Digi Locker Portal)

  1. To Download or View Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC), the applicant can make their application online via the Digi locker portal by using the following link link
  2. If the applicant is an existing user, the applicant must click “Sign In” and login either by mobile number or by username and 6-digit security pin.
  3. If the applicant is a new user, click sign up and register an account then login.
  4. Go to the "Get more issued documents" option and select the Ministry of Road and Transport.
  5. Click on the "Registration of Vehicles" tab and enter the registration number and chassis number of your vehicle.
  6. After submitting the details, click on the “Get Document” option available on the page.
  7. the RC book is ready to download in PDF form.
  8. The fee for Download or View Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC) is free of cost.
  9. The entire processing time completes within minutes.
