Telangana - Apply for Local Certificate

ProcedureEdit

Application for Local certificate can be made at nearby Meeseva center. Following link can provide you information related to nearest Meeseva Centres: Meeseva centres.
Click on the “MeeSeva Centres” option in the menu and select the “Map View” option.
Applicant has to submit the required documents along with a written application form.
Meeseva operator will process the application. On confirmation, a receipt will be generated. The receipt will contain the Certificate delivery date.
Applicant will receive transaction code in his registered mobile while applying.
The online details will be processed by Thaasildhaar. The details will be given to MRI and VRO
MRI and VRO will do the field verification and submit the report to Thaasildhaar
To know the status , applicant can use the link: Status Link
Applicant has to fill the application number and transaction id to know the current status of his application
Based on the report, Thasildhaar will decide to issue the certificate.
The certificate will be sent to the address of the applicant if the delivery type mentioned as through postal (Speed post)
If the delivery type mentioned was by hand, then the applicant can collect from the place where he applied

Need for the DocumentEdit

A Local Certificate is a document stating that the person bearing the Certificate resides in the state where it was issued.
This Certificate is required as proof to avail Quotas in educational institutions and in government services.
It is also used as a requirement for jobs where local residents are preferred.
