Apply In-Person:

  1. Application form for registering for Qualifying Test (QT) for Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) is available in National Examinations Council of Tanzania contact link
  2. Applicant must provide all information that are requested in the application form.
  3. Applicant should make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
  4. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure is mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents along with the application form while submitting it at the office.
  6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.
  7. If all the above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the registration can be done within 1 to 2 days.
  8. Applicant can visit the office after getting notification from concerned authorities.

  1. Online application form for registering for Qualifying Test is available in the following link on first week of November every year link
  2. Applicant must provide all details needed for completing the application procedure.
  3. Applicant should upload digital copies of all documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form.
  4. After providing all needed details in the application form, click on the “Submit” button for submitting the application.
  5. Fee for this procedure can be paid online.
  6. If all the above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the registration can be done almost immediately.

EligibilityEdit

  • Students who have completed four years of secondary education at both government and non-government registered schools and passed from two secondary education examination or Qualifying Test are eligible.
  • Also, students who are repeaters of the same examination who registered themselves as private candidates are also eligible.



FeesEdit

  • Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.



ValidityEdit

  • The registration is valid until the examination is over.
