Apply In-Person:

  1. Application form for registering a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) is available in Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children contact link
  2. Applicant must enter all information that are necessary for completing this procedure.
  3. Applicant should make sure to carry photocopies and originals of all documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
  4. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure is listed under “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. Applicant must attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form while submitting the document.
  6. Fee for this procedure is listed under “Fee” section of this page.
  7. If all the above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, concerned authorities will provide notification to applicants regarding the availability of the document within 1 month.
  8. Applicant can visit the office to collect their document after getting the notification.
  9. If there is no information regarding the document, the applicant can visit the office to know status of their application.

  • Registration under Regional Level Fee – TZS 56,500/-
  • Registration under National Level Fee – TZS 66,500/-
  • Registration under International Fee – USD 267/-
