Apply In-Person:
- To Apply for Hazardous Waste Collection Permit or License, the applicant must visit the Tanzania National Environment Management contact link
- Download the application form from the following link
- Applicant must provide all the information that is requested in the application form.
- Applicant should make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all the documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
- Documents that are needed for completing this procedure are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- Applicant must attach photocopies of all documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form before submitting the application form.
- The fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
- Once the fee is paid, the receipt for payment will be provided by the concerned authorities. The receipt has to be kept safe by the applicant for future use.
- Once the procedure is done, the processing time for getting the document will be provided by the concerned authorities.
- The applicant will receive an SMS or E-mail notification regarding the availability of the document.
- Once the notification is received, the applicant can visit the office and get their document.
- If there is no information regarding the document is provided within the mentioned time, the applicant can visit the office to know the status of their application.
