Apply In-Person:

  1. To Apply for Hazardous Waste Collection Permit or License, the applicant must visit the Tanzania National Environment Management contact link
  2. Download the application form from the following link
  3. Applicant must provide all the information that is requested in the application form.
  4. Applicant should make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all the documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
  5. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  6. Applicant must attach photocopies of all documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form before submitting the application form.
  7. The fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
  8. Once the fee is paid, the receipt for payment will be provided by the concerned authorities. The receipt has to be kept safe by the applicant for future use.
  9. Once the procedure is done, the processing time for getting the document will be provided by the concerned authorities.
  10. The applicant will receive an SMS or E-mail notification regarding the availability of the document.
  11. Once the notification is received, the applicant can visit the office and get their document.
  12. If there is no information regarding the document is provided within the mentioned time, the applicant can visit the office to know the status of their application.
