Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for getting an Entrainment Hall License or Permit, the applicant must visit the Tanzania Revenue Authority contact link
2. Applicant must obtain the application form from the office and fill it up with all the necessary information in it.
3. Applicant should make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all the documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
4. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant must attach photocopies of all the documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form before submitting the application form.
6. The fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
7. Once the fee is paid, the receipt for payment will be provided by the concerned authorities. The receipt has to be kept safe by the applicant for future use.
8. Once the procedure is done, the processing time for getting the document will be provided by the concerned authorities.
9. The applicant will receive an SMS or E-mail notification regarding the availability of the document.
10. Once the notification is received, the applicant can visit the office and get their document.
11. If there is no information regarding the document is provided within the mentioned time, the applicant can visit the office to know the status of their application.

1. Application for getting Entrainment Hall License or Permit is available in the following login link
2. If the applicant is a registered user, they can log in using their registered credentials.
3. If the applicant is a new user, they have to register first before logging in.
4. After logging in, the applicant must choose “Entity type” and then the following tab asks for “Sector”, “Category”, and “Type”.
5. Applicant must provide needed information on the following page.
6. Applicant should attach digital copies of documents (whichever is requested) along with the application form before submitting it.
7. The Fee for this procedure has to be paid online and the proof of payment has to be kept safe by the applicant for future reference.
8. Once the process is done, the applicant will receive an email notification or SMS regarding the processing time for getting their license or permit.
9. The applicant can visit the office during the mentioned date for getting their license or the permit will even be sent to the applicant via Post.
10. If there is no information regarding the permit is provided by the office, the applicant can visit the office to know the status of the application.
