Apply In-Person:

  1. Application for getting a Cotton Export Permit in Tanzania is available in Tanzania Revenue Authority contact link
  2. Applicant must provide all necessary information in the application form.
  3. Applicant should make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
  4. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure is mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. Applicant must attach photocopies of all documents along with the application form while submitting it at the office.
  6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.
  7. If all the above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the license will be provided within 30 days.
  8. Applicant will be notified by concerned authorities regarding the availability of license via SMS or Email.
  9. Applicant can visit the office for getting their licenses after receiving notification from concerned authorities.
  10. If there is no information regarding the license is provided, applicant can visit the office to know status of their application.
