Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. Application form for getting Animal Dip Tank License or Permit is available in Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries contact link
2. Applicant must provide all information that is requested in the application form.
3. Applicant should make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all the documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
4. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant should make sure to attach photocopies of all the documents that are needed for completing this procedure along with the application form while submitting the form at the office.
6. Fee for this procedure can be paid as per the authority’s request.
7. Applicant will be asked to schedule a date with concerned authorities for visiting and inspecting the business premises.
8. After the inspection is over and getting a successful pass from the test, applicant will get their license.
9. If all the above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the license will be provided within a stipulated period of time.
