Tamil Nadu - Register for Higher Secondary Examination (HSC Private Candidate)

Apply in person:

Candidate planning to appear in private for higher secondary examination can register with the “District wise government exam service centres”.

Go to the respective exam service centre, please follow the guidelines of the authorities.
Candidate has to complete the application form with details and submit with required documents to the authority.
Authorities will verify the details and submitted documents. If all are in place, authorities will advise the candidate to make fees as required.
Candidate has to make the fees as applicable.
After the internal processing, candidate will get relevant documents from the department through post as per the address provided while applying.

EligibilityEdit

Students who have completed their SSLC/11th and obtained original mark sheet are eligible to apply.
They must have a minimum of two years gap from the year of passing of SSLC examination or equivalent Examination.
Age 16.5 year(completed) as on applying date
Must have secured 35% of marks in each of the subjects prescribed for the SSLC Public examination.
