Tamil Nadu - Online Report Street Light Not Working (Outage)

Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Complaint Registration.
Note: Applicant who belongs to Chennai corporation only can report through this portal.
Step 3 : In this page please enter your mobile number in the textbox and click “Click to Get OTP” tab which is highlighted in Yellow. Then enter the received OTP in the textbox against “OTP” and click “Submit OTP” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 4 : Also enter other mandatory details and choose “Non burning of Street lights” from the dropdown menu under “Complaint Types” which is highlighted in Yellow. Then click “Submit Complaint” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 5 : After successful submission of your complaint you will receive the confirmation message. Please note the complaint reference number for future reference. This complaint reference number will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Step 6 : Now the authorities will verify the complaint received and take necessary steps to solve the issue.
Step 7 : Authorities will assign the electrician to repair the outage problem in the respective area / street from where the complaint is received.
