Tamil Nadu - Online Complaint about Faulty Electricity Meter

Step 2 :Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.

Step 3 :On the given page, click on “Click here to register/login” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 4 :If you are a new user, click on “New User – Register Here” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 5 :In the new page, Select the “New Application No / Service No” and click on “Enter” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 6 :If you choose “New Service Connection Application Number”, then enter the “Application No” and click on the “Check detail” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image and continue the registration process by following the page prompts and finish it.

Step 7 :If you choose “Existing Service Connection Number”, then click on the “Select” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to select the region.

Step 8 :Click on the “Select” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to select your region.

Step 9 :Enter the “Consumer No” and click on the “Check detail” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image and continue the registration process by following the page prompts and finish it.

Step 10 :After registration, go to the login page, enter the “User Id” and “Password”, and click on “Login” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 11 :Fill out all the mandatory details required. Save the form and submit.

Step 12 :The complaint is now fully submitted.

Step 13 :After the complaint is submitted the fuse man will visit for the inspection of the faulty meter and replace the meter from the local or centralized location.
