Procedure

1. Go to the Motor Vehicles Office.
2. Submit the required documents.
3. Fill in the application form.
4. Pay the necessary fee.

• Owner's ID Card
• Seal
• Owner copy of the new license plate registration certificate held by the previous owner (for reissue of the driving permit)
• The driving permit (for reissue of the license plate registration certificate)
• Compulsory Automobile Liability Insurance certificate issued under the name of the newly registered owner.

Eligibility

It is applicable for those who have lost their driving permit or license plate registration certificate.

Fees

Driving permit:

• Automobile (trailer)- $200
• Motorcycle - $150

Registration certificate:- $15

Validity

Instructions

• The applicant must settle any outstanding taxes (including taxes for the current period) and fines prior to applying.
• All automobiles must pass the inspection first if overdue for an inspection.
• All motorcycle owners shall pay the fuel tax for two consecutive years upon expiration of the driving permit.
• For those who have lost both the license plate registration certificate and the driving permit, they are only permitted to apply at their local office.
