Procedure

1. Go to the Motor Vehicles Office.
2. Submit the required documents.
3. Fill in the application form.
4. Pay the necessary fee.

• Copy of both sides of the driver's license
• Reply paid envelope ($25 postage)

The applicant must be above 18 years old.

A change of address in driver's license is free of charge.
