- a Swedish SIS-branded ID card or an ID card issued by a government authority

InstructionsEdit
- All Swedish National Identification Card applicants (including children and adolescents) must apply personally at the police passport offices.
- Photographs of the applicants will be taken at the office. There's no need to bring a photo.
- For applicants who are under 18 years old, a written consent from their guardians is required.
- If the applicants don't have a valid identification, their husband, wife, parent, grandparent, or sibling of legal age can attest to their identity.
