  • Form DL -4054 to certify as to what type of commerce that your CDL will be of used.
• Submit the required documents
  • Valid DOT medical pocket card
  • Valid Medical Examiners certificate
• Pass the tests

• At least 18 years old within Carolina and 21 years old for Interstate driving
• Resident of South Carolina
• US Citizen

Fees

Each test $2.00
License fee $12.5

Need for the Document

In order for you to legally navigate the road with a heavy handed vehicle, you need to obtain a CDL Beginners permit. A Commercial Drivers License may have some additional requirements in contrast with the ordinary drivers license.
