• Go to the DMV
• Get the required form
  • Application for Certificate of compliance for operation of for hire motor vehicle carriers
    • Signify which class you belong
• Choose your kind of insurance
  • 10,000 or more pounds GVWR
  • Less than 10,000 or pounds GVWR

• Attached filing fee: $25 non refundable filing fee
• Mail the application
