South Africa - Online Verify Letter of Good Standing

Step 2 : To apply for verifying Letter of good standing online, the applicant has to visit the following link: Apply Online

Step 3 : Click on the link and enter the "Certificate number" which is present in the Letter of Good Standing that you possess, in the field provided. Click “Verify Certificate” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image and the particulars present in the certificate will be displayed on the screen if your Letter is valid.

Step 4 : If not, a message will be displayed indicating that the letter is not valid.

Step 5 : Please cross check the particulars displayed on the screen with the details present in your Letter of Good Standing.

Step 6 : Also make sure that your letter is up to date by comparing the Expiry date present in the screen with that in the document.
