Apply In Person

1. To Use Security Bond Form for Foreign Workers (Domestic and Non-Domestic), the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Manpower contact link
2. Applicant has to collect the application form from the respective office.
3. Applicant can also download the form from the following application form
4. The applicant to has to fill in all necessary details in the application form.
5. Make sure the applicant has attached all the documents mentioned in “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. Submit the documents and the completed form to the respective officer.
7. Fee for this procedure has to paid as per the authority request.
8. Once the process is completed, the license will issue to the applicant within one month.

Eligibility

I/We wish to apply for the issue of Work Passes:

• For the persons whose particulars appear in the Schedule to this Bond (the “Schedule”) (“the said persons”)
• For the number of persons indicated in the Schedule whose particulars shall be supplied from time to time on the date of their arrival in Singapore
• for the persons whose particulars may from time to time be included in the Schedule with the consent of the Controller of Work Passes prior to or on the date of their arrival in Singapore in substitution for those whose particulars appear in the Schedule

• Fee for this procedure has to paid as per the authority request.

Validity

• Validity for this procedure is for 3 years.
