Apply Online

1. To Request for Building Plan Consultation, the applicant has to make the application in National Environment Agency e- service portal or tap the following link
2. The applicant has to login with their Singpass ID number and password or by using singpass app.

   Note:
   If you do not have an account you can register by clicking on register for singpass, read the information marked 1 and 2 and agree to the terms and condition and click on register now, no the next page entry your personal information and submit. You will be issued with you Sing Pass ID number and password.

3. The applicant has to fill all the necessary information in the application form.
4. The applicant has to upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Review the application and submit the application form.
6. Fee for this procedure is free of cost.
7. After successful completion, the applicant notified via Email or SMS.

• A brief description on the project & consultation enquiry shall be provided
• The QP's proposal to comply or alternative proposal (with supporting reasons)
• All supporting plans shall be attached in the enquiry form
