Apply online

1. To Renew Vector Control Operator Certificate, the applicant has to make the application in GoBusiness licensing portal link
2. Enter a search “Register of Vector Control Operator” then click on "Add to selection"> click on "Review and Apply" and then click the "Proceed" button.
3. The applicant to login with their Singpass Id number and password

Note:
If you do not have an account you can register by clicking on register now, read the information marked 1 and 2 and agree to the terms and condition and click on register now, no the next page entry your personal information and submit. You will be issued with you Sing Pass ID number and password. Select the application form for renewal.

• The applicant has to necessary information and submit the required document that are mentioned in “Required Documents” section of this page.
• After submitting the documents review the application and click submit.
• After submission the applicant has to prescribed fee of $90
• After successful completion the NEA will send a licence via email.

• Applicant NRIC
• Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) computer generated Business Profile in full
• At least 1 licensed Full Vector Control Technician under its employment
• A list of full and provisional vector control technicians and workers employed, including the name, /Employment Pass/Work Permit number and vector control licence/ certificate type

Eligibility

• Any person having Vector Control Operator Certificate are eligible to renew their certificate after expiry or before a month or week of expiry.

Fees

Fee to Renew Vector Control Operator Certificate is S$90.

Validity

• The validity of this certificate is 1 year.

Need for the Document

This certificate has to be renewed by the VCO to prove their efficiency.
It is important to make sure that the VCO engaged by the client is able to do the job well. The following information could be requested in the quotation or tender invitation in order to make an informed decision:

• The number of trained technicians and workers in the pest control company, and their years of experience in vector management
• Methods and types of technology (e.g. surveillance tool) or equipment (e.g. machines to dispense pesticides) used for vector control
• Past and current track record.
