To Register or Apply for Identity Card (IC) age 15, the applicant has to approach the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority contact link
Applicant has to get the form from the respective office.
Applicant has to fill-in all the necessary details.
Make sure that you have all the needed documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
Submit the completed form and the documents to the respective office.
Once the process is over, the authority will issue the certificate within a month.

Apply Online

To register in online, use the following link
Under” I WANT” Choose the services you require. i.e. (Self or on behalf of others in case of a minor or disable/elderly/sickly persons)
The applicant will be redirected to the next page, if you have an account, enter your Singpass ID and password and log in or the applicant can login with singpass app.
Note: If you don’t not have an account you can register by clicking on register for singpass, read the information marked 1 and 2 and agree to the terms and condition and click on register now, no the next page entry your personal information and submit. You will be issued with you Sing Pass ID number and password
After this applicant has to fill all the necessary details.
Upload the documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
And click, the “Submit” button.
Once, the process is over the applicant get the certificate by the post.

Required DocumentsEdit

For Singapore citizens, you will need to provide the following documents in digital images:

Baptism or religious certificate (if you want to include a religious name)
Deed poll for a change of name with consent from both parents (and legal guardian(s), if applicable)
Applicant recent passport-sized, digital, colour photograph taken within the last three months

For Singapore permanent residents, you will need to provide the following documents in digital images:

Applicant recent passport-sized, digital, colour photograph taken within the last three months
The page(s) of your current passport that contains your personal particulars

EligibilityEdit

Singapore citizens and permanent residents who are 15 years old can apply.

FeesEdit

Singapore Citizens: S$10
Singapore Permanent Residents: S$50

Notes:

For registration in schools, payment can be made by EZlink card.
For registration at ICA, payment can be made by NETS or CashCard.

ValidityEdit

The validity of the card is valid for 15years, after the age of 30 the applicant has to re-register.
